Since Jan. 3, 2012, we have had 37 interns begin throughout the organization; 32 in Golden Valley, four in St. Croix and one in Burnsville.

All interns are credit earning and require the internship to complete their degrees. Interns are earning their associate degrees in nursing and business; bachelor degrees in therapeutic recreation and exercise science; masters degrees in occupational therapy, speech therapy, nurse practitioner and acupuncture; and doctorate degrees in physical therapy. Universities represented include the University of Minnesota, St Catherine University, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Northwestern Health Sciences University and the University of Missouri.

In March 2012 we will have new students starting from Franklin Pierce University and A. T. Still University, both in Arizona, as well as the University of Iowa, University of Nebraska and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Thank you to the many therapists and staff who take on the role of clinical instructors to guide the students to excellence.
