Helping teens transition to adulthood

Courage Center offers a variety of services to help young people through the teen years and the transition to adulthood.

Medical Rehabilitation Services (763-520-0494)
A full range of outpatient medical rehabilitation services are offered at Courage Center's metro area locations. These services include physical therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, psychological services, interactive metronome therapy, the ABLE program for people with paralysis, and dietician services

Driver Assessment and Training (1-888-846-8253)
Our driver assessment and training is another way of increasing independence for young people. Courage Center training can help adolescents become safe and successful drivers.

Sports, Recreation, Aquatics and Fitness
Courage Center offers opportunities to participate in a variety of adaptive sports. We also offer and aquatics programs and adaptive fitness centers.  For those looking for a summer getaway, we have a numerous camp sessions from which to chose.

Transitional Rehabilitation Services
Inpatient transitional rehabilitation services are available at our Golden Valley location for teens and adults who have disabilities or are recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

Vocational Services (763-520-0564)
Courage Center Vocational Services assists in identifying career strengths and challenges. Teens benefit from our strong partnerships with academic and employment resources that can help bridge the gap between school and career.  Other services also are availble to help smooth the transition from teenage years into adulthood .
