John Tschida, Courage Center vice president of Public Affairs and Research, was a guest Monday on Minnesota Public Radio’s Midday program, in a segment discussing the 20th anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Bud Rosenfield, supervising attorney at the Minnesota Disability Law Center, also was a guest on the show.The ADA was signed into law by President George H.W. Bush July 26, 1990. The Midday discussion reviewed what has been since the passage of the law, and what remains yet to be done.
